The Family Activities Committee plans exciting activities for families with kids in Muirfield Village including Movies Under the Stars, a Valentines Dance, an Easter Egg Hunt and a Christmas Party.

Movies at the Pool!

The MVCA Presents “THE TOOTH FAIRY”, a kids comedy starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Ashley Judd and Julie Andrews.

Date: Friday, July 16, 2010
Place: Glick Road Pool
Time: 9:00 pm, show starts at 9:30 pm

$1 For Muirfield Village Civic Association Members, $5 for non-members and guests. The concession stand will be open and you can bring your own snacks…please, no food or beverages in the pool.  Your Muirfield ID card is required.  Bring rafts and noodles, extra clothes, towels.
Glow necklaces are provided and required if you are in the pool.  Please keep pool noise to a minimum.

Neighborhood Playgroup

Looking for activities for your kids this winter?  Playgroups are being formed now for toddlers and preschoolers living in Muirfield.  Playgroup activities include rotating playtime at each others’ homes (mostly in the winter or rainy weather), as well as outings to various local parks and Metro Parks, the Columbus Zoo, the Stratford Ecological Center, a tour of the local firehouse, a tour of the Anthony Thomas Chocolate Factory and meeting at the neighborhood pool.  If you are interested in joining the neighborhood playgroup, please contact Beth Lloyd at (614) 792-9713 or bethlloyd42@sbcglobal.net.
